President & Founder
Leo brings over four decades of hands-on experience in water treatment and advanced system design. Born in industrial New Jersey near chemical plants, he overcame childhood health challenges and dyslexia, evolving from a third-generation plumber into a nationally recognized water system innovator.
His pioneering work spans residential, commercial, and medical applications - including proprietary six-stage mineral filtration, hydrogen infusion without electricity, and water restructuring technology. Leo's vision has shaped pH Prescription into a trusted name serving all 50 states.

LeAnn co-founded pH Prescription with Leo over two decades ago, bringing her unique background in forensics and paralegal work to create a foundation of operational excellence that defines the company today.
