How soon can you install after I order?

For Florida customers, we typically schedule installations within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation. Expedited installation may be available for additional fee. For out-of-state customers, shipping takes 5-7 business days, and we can coordinate with local installers.

Do I need to be home during installation?

Yes. We require an adult (18+) to be present during installation for access, questions, and final walkthrough/training. You don't need to watch the entire installation, but please be available at the beginning and end.

Will installation damage my walls or floors?

Professional installation minimizes any modifications. Whole-home systems typically mount on walls or floors with minimal drilling for brackets. Under-counter systems may require a sink hole if one doesn't exist. We clean up all work areas and remove packaging.

What if my plumbing is unusual or very old?

Our experienced technicians have seen it all - from old galvanized pipes to complex manifold systems. During pre-installation consultation, we'll discuss any known challenges. In rare cases, additional plumbing work may be needed, which we'll quote separately.

Can I use water during installation?

Main water will be shut off during installation (2-6 hours depending on system). We recommend filling pitchers or pots beforehand if needed. Once installation is complete and tested, water service is fully restored.

What happens if something goes wrong after installation?

Call us immediately at (772) 201-2929 (emergency line). Installation-related issues within 30 days are covered under our installation guarantee and will be resolved at no charge. For system performance issues, our lifetime support applies.

Do you offer weekend or evening installations?

Weekend installations are available for an additional fee. Evening installations (after 5pm) may be available by special request. Contact us to discuss scheduling options.
